Glenwood Estates has a neighborhood park with a pavilion, playground and basketball court.
Residents can reserve the pavilion by completing the request form and emailing it to hoaglenwoodestates@gmail.com

Glenwood Estates does NOT allow residents to have fences greater than 6 feet in height.
Fences MUST be approved by the HOA before installation.
Fences should not extend forward of the back corners of any home.
To obtain HOA permission to erect a fence - please fill out the request form and email it to hoaglenwoodestates@gmail.com

Glenwood Estates neighbors may have sheds in their back yards but it must comply with any Glen Carbon Village Ordinances and have prior HOA approval.
